As an attorney with more than 30 years of experience, I handle a wide range of matters that are important to families: divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and paternity issues. I also help families plan for the future by helping them create wills, trusts, guardianships, and related matters.
About My Practice-Over 30 Years of Excellence
I began my legal career in 1973 as a judicial law clerk, and the next year I became an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County. In 1978, I was appointed Chief of the Appeals Division. A year later, I began the private practice of law, focusing on family law, estate administration, and wills and trusts. After seven years as a partner in various private law firms, I started my own law firm in Plymouth Meeting. I continue to grow my practice and to gain great joy from being able to help my clients create solutions to their legal problems.
I remain dedicated to the community in Montgomery County. I am actively involved in many area organizations and have taught legal courses at the Montgomery County Community College and at the State Police Academy.
Much of my law practice is focused on litigation. Because I spend a great deal of time in court, I know how to present my clients' cases most effectively. I receive my greatest satisfaction when I help families with legal matters, especially with matters like probate, incapacity proceedings, and adoptions where I feel like I am making a positive impact on others' lives.
